Do I really need a performance system?

In reality all businesses have some sort of performance system. It is the thing that makes the business operate. In smaller businesses that can often be the owner. The owner has all the expertise and knowledge and keeps the business going with what is in their head.

Problems here is when the owner is sick, on holiday or wants to grow the business. We need to get what is in the owners head into a processes and system that can be replicated, followed and improved upon and automated where possible.

The performance system is how you get things done. You can get things done to a high standard and be incredibly efficient or not. If 'or not' you run the risk of not being competitive... Not being the optimal choice in the market place. From this place you will never be successful.  

What do you mean by building a winning offer, are we talking about creating discounts?

As businesses we often think we are selling what the customer wants, but with a little digging we aren't and we are missing the mark. We may think we are being innovative, but in reality we are more like our competitors than we think.

If we look, sound and smell like our competitors we are not giving them a reason to choose us.

Building a winner offer is not about creating discounts to entice prospects, it is about creating a product / service that is almost impossible to resist. It solves problems, it adds value and it provides a positive results based outcome.

By highlighting problems, barriers and blockages that prevent your prospects succeeding with their current solutions/ providers you have a good foundation to capture the attention of your audience.

How can I add more value to what I do without it costing me more?

There are many ways to add value to what you do without spending more time and including more resources.

Enhancing the value proposition involves understanding the needs, pain points, and desires of the target audience. By clearly articulating how the product or service solves client problems, addresses pain points, and delivers unique benefits, businesses can justify higher prices and attract quality clients who recognise the value they provide.

Often it just takes some up front thinking and setup and you can bundle up and create a product that is packed full of value that you stand out from the market place, not just with the great results you achieve, and also with the overall package that is available from you compared to what is on offer from competitors.
